Did you know?

Any award of compensation will usually be held in trust until your child attains the age of 18. The compensation will accrue interest. However in certain circumstances funds can be released before this date for your child's educational and/or social welfare needs.
It is important therefore that your child's claim is dealt with by a Specialist Solicitor experienced in this area of personal injury law.

Any compensation that is awarded will be subject to the approval of a Judge to ensure that your child receives the proper level of compensation for their injuries.
