Mrs E was involved in a serious motor accident and had to claim against her husband.

What we did

Sarah Parr took on the case had to pursue the claim against Mrs E's husband. Sarah advised that it was important to have the monies put into a Personal Injury Trust Fund, so that Mrs E could continue to claim full welfare benefits and retain the financial help she was getting for her disability.

Background

Mrs E was involved in a serious car accident which left her requiring permanent care to get her in and out of bed. She also needed someone to cook her meals, with bathing and other day-to-day needs.
